Thibaud Louvet

Thibaud Louvet has extensive experience in finance and strategic operations, currently serving as the Group Treasurer and Strategic Operations VP at Valeo since November 2007. In this role, Thibaud heads the Group M&A Department, overseeing global acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures while managing negotiations with antitrust authorities. Previously, Thibaud held several senior positions, including Group Financing and Treasury Director at Valeo, where responsibilities included financing negotiations and cash management. Thibaud's career also includes roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, CIC, and Jacques Pollak et cie, focusing on structured derivatives, commercial development, and sales. Thibaud holds multiple degrees from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, including a DEA in Finance and a Maitrise de Sciences de Gestion with a specialization in finance.
