Brittney Perez

Brittney Perez is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at Valero since July 2015, currently serving as the Lead HR Data & System Specialist. Key contributions include the creation of Talent Booklets for succession planning, overseeing Talent Assessment processes across divisions, and implementing the enhanced myProfile system for internal HR processes. Prior to Valero, Brittney held roles in data analytics and testing at Catholic Charities USA and Optech Group, and demonstrated leadership as Spa Director at The Woodhouse Day Spa. Brittney holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from St. Mary's University, completed in 2016.
