Jeremy Bergeron

Jeremy Bergeron is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in risk management and compliance. Currently serving as Vice President of Risk Management and Chief Compliance Officer at Valero Energy Corporation since June 2020, Jeremy also holds board positions at Everen and Everen Specialty since March 2022 and was a board member at Fire & Flower from August 2019 to June 2020. Previously, Jeremy worked at Alimentation Couche-Tard as Vice President of Strategy for Alternative Channels and led CrossAmerica Partners LP as President and CEO. Jeremy's tenure at Valero Energy Corporation spans over 17 years, during which various leadership roles were undertaken. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at San Antonio, a Bachelor's Degree from the University of the Incarnate Word, and completion of the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
