Jude Dworaczyk

Jude Dworaczyk is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Assistant Corporate Secretary and SEC Counsel at Valero Energy Corporation and as Co-Vice President and Membership Chair of the Houston Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance. Previously, Jude was a Senior Associate and Corporate Associate at Baker Botts. Jude holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, graduating Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from New York University, where Jude was Class Valedictorian. Additionally, Jude has a Certificate in Management from The Wharton School.
