Kirstin I. Silberschlag

Kirstin I. Silberschlag is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in customs, trade, and commercial law. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Valero Energy Corporation since July 2004, Kirstin has held multiple positions within the company, advancing through roles such as Vice President for Commercial and Latin American Customs & Trade Legal Services, and Managing Counsel for Customs & Compliance. Prior positions include Associate Attorney at Jenkens & Gilchrist, Law Clerk to Judge Evan J.
