Randy Hawkins

Randy Hawkins has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President of International Crude Oil Supply and Trading at Valero Energy Corporation since December 2004, where previously held the role of Director of Economics and Planning. Prior to Valero, Randy worked at CITGO in Economics and Planning from February 2002 to December 2004, and at Koch Industries as a Process Engineer from May 1995 to February 2002. Randy earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, having attended Pittsburg State University from 1989 to 1993 and Kansas State University from 1993 to 1995.
