Tina Garza

Tina Garza, MA, currently serves as the LEAD Training & Development Specialist at Valero since June 2022, bringing extensive experience in instructional design and training development. Tina's background includes over six years in learning and development at FBD Partnership, LP, where positions included Manufacturing Process & Training Engineer and Sr. Learning & Development Specialist. Tina's early career involved roles such as Chemical Engineer II and Technical Support Scientist II at Weatherford, and a Laboratory Technician at Celanese. Tina holds a Master of Arts in Human Dimensions of Organizations from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
