William Biesenbach

William "Billy" Biesenbach serves as the Director of US Security Operations at Valero Energy Corporation since April 2019, overseeing the headquarters security operations and off-site locations in San Antonio. In this role, Biesenbach is responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of security measures to protect executives, managers, and employees. Prior to this position, Biesenbach spent over three decades with the San Antonio Police Department, achieving the rank of Lieutenant. Biesenbach holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education with a focus on Justice Administration and a Master of Arts in Management with a concentration in Organizational Management, both from Wayland Baptist University.
