Erica Owen

Erica Owen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Erica is currently working as the Senior Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations at Valet Living since March 2020. Prior to this, they held various roles at ADP, including Global HRO Executive Relationship Manager, Client Success Executive, and Client Account Executive. Before their time at ADP, Erica worked at Mercer Health & Benefits Consulting as an Associate. Erica also gained experience at WellCare Health Plans, Inc., where they worked as a Senior Benefits Analyst and a Project Analyst in Talent Planning & Acquisition. Erica's work experience demonstrates their expertise in HR operations, client relationship management, and benefits consulting.

Erica Owen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University from 2003 to 2007. Erica then pursued an MBA in Management at the University of South Florida from 2011 to 2012. Erica also obtained additional certifications, including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute in January 2019 and Human Capital Strategist from the Human Capital Institute in March 2013. Erica also holds a 2-15 Resident Health & Life Agent License from the Florida Division of Insurance Agent and Agency Services.
