Isorys Dilone

Isorys Dilone is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Compliance of Valet Living and is responsible for all legal affairs of the company. Her experience includes working as Deputy General Counsel for the Dufry Group, a global and publicly-listed travel retail company, where Isorys advised management in over 40 countries (in USA, LATAM, Europe, and Africa) on matters relating to corporate governance, complex commercial contracts, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, intellectual property, litigation, regulatory matters, and human resources. Isorys began her legal career in the New York office of Latham & Watkins LLP. She speaks fluent Spanish and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Government with high honors from John Jay College of Criminal Justice (New York, N.Y.) and her Juris Doctor’s degree with high honors from American University, Washington College of Law (Washington, D.C.).
