Kevin Schwartz

Kevin Schwartz has extensive experience in governmental affairs and advocacy, currently serving as Senior Director of Governmental Affairs at Valet Living since August 2017, where assistance is provided to partner apartment properties regarding regulatory issues. Prior to this role, Kevin founded Schwartz Advocacy Solutions, offering consultancy services in government affairs and corporate communications from December 2013 to January 2021. Kevin held the position of Government Affairs and Communications Director at the Bay Area Apartment Association from January 2015 to May 2017, and previous roles include President of the North Carolina Press Foundation and General Manager of The Daily Tar Heel. Education was pursued at Purdue University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
