Laurie-Ann Parker

Laurie-Ann Parker (she/her) has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and industries. Laurie-Ann began their career in 2009 as an Office Manager - HR Administration at the Pinnacle Family of Companies. Laurie-Ann then worked as an HR Coordinator - North America at CB Richard Ellis in 2010. From 2011 to 2013, Laurie-Ann held the position of H.R. Specialist & Safety Manager at Malin Integrated Handling Solutions & Design, where they managed a team of 600 employees across seven locations. Laurie-Ann then worked as an HR Business Partner - Employee Relations/Contract at CompuCom from 2013 to 2014. Finally, they joined Valet Living in 2014, initially as an HR Business Partner - West Region, later becoming an HR Manager - West Region, and ultimately serving as the Director of Human Resources for West Field Operations. Throughout their career, Laurie-Ann has demonstrated expertise in performance management, talent management, employee relations, investigation, employment law, and safety management.

Laurie-Ann Parker completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Saint Leo University in 2018.
