Suresh Chandra Medasani

Suresh Chandra Medasani has extensive work experience in various leadership roles, primarily in the technology industry. Suresh Chandra is currently serving as the Global Vice President of Engineering at ValGenesis since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President and Head of Engineering at Tanla Platforms Limited from 2021 to 2023. During their tenure at Tanla, they oversaw the product engineering and quality automation of cloud communication platforms, achieving significant accomplishments in restructuring, agile transformation, and security compliance.

Before joining Tanla, Suresh held the position of Senior Director of Software Development at Oracle, where they led the Eloqua India site engineering for the CX Marketing division. Their role involved improving hiring success rates, strategizing and executing technology initiatives, and driving global adoption.

From 2018 to 2021, Suresh served as the Vice President and Head of India Development Center at BluJay Solutions, a logistics and trade compliance software provider. Suresh Chandra led large multi-disciplinary teams and had full ownership of the product portfolio.

Suresh has a long association with Oracle, having previously worked as the Senior Director of Software Development in the Hospitality division from 2007 to 2018, and as a Senior Principal Applications Engineer in the CRM/CX division from 2001 to 2007.

Their career began at Cydent Inc in 2000, where they worked as a Programmer Analyst.

Throughout their career, Suresh has demonstrated expertise in engineering leadership, product development, quality assurance, and automation.

Suresh Chandra Medasani attended the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and completed a program in General Management in 2015.
