Joshua Cmar

Joshua Cmar is an experienced R&D and Technical Manager at Valgroup since April 2022, previously serving as a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Valfilm from August 2015 to August 2022. Cmar's expertise encompasses managing the scale-up of new products, cost reduction projects, and enhancing existing products in specialty polymer films, requiring collaboration with sales, customers, suppliers, and facility operations. Additional experience includes engineering internships focused on process optimization and safety, as well as significant academic research in chemical processes and waste-to-energy technologies. Joshua Cmar holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Cleveland State University.
