Geovane Salgado

Geovane Salgado is an experienced investment manager specializing in real assets and portfolio strategy with a focus on risk-based investment approaches. They began their career as a trainee at Ibmec Júnior Consultoria Empresarial and an intern at Banco Santander, before progressing to roles such as investment analyst and risk analyst at Valia Previdência. Geovane served as an analyst at Previrb, managing a fund with AUM of R$ 2.4 billion, and later transitioned to Valia where they managed a fund with AUM of R$ 30 billion. Currently, Geovane holds the position of investment manager at Valia, overseeing real assets and portfolio strategy, while also being a partner and risk manager at ADAM CAPITAL. Geovane holds an MBA in Investment Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
