Shailendra Singh

Shailendra S has a diverse work experience. In 2007, they worked as a Summer Intern at Ureka Technologies, where they developed a Tendering Management System for S. E. Railways. In 2008, they worked as an Engineer at Shell - Ofer Group, where they were awarded an appreciation certificate. In 2010, they worked as a Product Manager at ICICI Lombard, where they were responsible for Product Portfolio Analysis and New Product Development. In 2011, they worked as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Hansa Cequity, where they built various decision platforms in the Risk domain. In 2012, they worked as a Senior Data Scientist at American Express, where they were a subject matter expert on Advanced Analytics for Voice of Customer Strategy team. In 2014, they worked as a Specialist in Machine Learning at IBM. Since 2016, they have been a Co-Founder and Chief Data Scientist at Valiance Solutions, where they wear different hats of Business Development, Solution Design, Product Development, and Delivery of Artificial Intelligence Solutions for clients globally.

Shailendra S began their educational journey in 1998 when they attended St Thomas College and obtained their School degree in Science in 2003. In 2005, they attended both Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and Jadavpur University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Marine Engineering degree in Marine Engineering. In 2013, they obtained a Base SAS 9.3 Certification from SAS Institute. In 2014, they attended Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and obtained their Electrical Engineering degree in Machine Learning, Optimization & Biological Network in 2019. In 2015, they attended Uttarakhand Open University and obtained their Master of Arts - MA degree in Economics in 2017. Shailendra then attended Uttarakhand Open University again and obtained their Master of Arts - MA degree in Political Science and Government in 2019.
