Swapna Veer

Swapna Veer PMP® has held various positions in the project management field since 2009. Swapna started their career as a Project Lead at BT, where they reported on project status to key groups and individuals, created Gantt Charts, and measured the performance of the project. In 2011, they moved to Y-Axis Overseas Careers as a Manager, where they participated in requirement gathering, analysis & preparation of functional specifications, and identified process gaps and technology inefficiencies. In 2014, they took a role as a Project Lead at Tech Mahindra, where they strategically reviewed project proposals, planned and analyzed the basic requirements while setting up the technical infrastructure of the project, and organised and managed resources for the project. In 2015, they worked as an Integration Manager at BuzzBoard and a Project Manager at Glaxo Smith Kline Pharma. In 2016, they moved to UnitedHealth Group as an Operations Manager, and in 2017, they became a Project Manager at ID Metrics Inc. In 2018, they moved to InsideView Technologies, Inc. as a Project Manager, and in 2020, they became a Project Manager at ACS Group (American CyberSystems). Currently, they are a Senior Project Manager at Valiance Solutions.

Swapna Veer PMP® has a diverse education history. Swapna obtained their Masters of Advanced Structural Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University, their Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Engineering & Technologies jobs in Hyderabad, and their secondary education from St.Anns Girls' High School. Swapna is currently enrolled in a Master of Arts in Psychology program at Annamalai University, which they are expected to complete by 2023. Swapna also has several additional certifications, including a Certified Trainer in Entrepreneurship Development from MSME Development Institute - India (obtained in February 2016), a Certified Post Graduate Diploma in IT from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT (obtained in June 2008), a Project Management Professional from PMI (obtained in January 2018), a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a Master of Arts in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
