Joel Dawson

Joel "Joe" Dawson is currently a Joint Training Specialist-Exercise Planner at Valiant Integrated Services since February 2023. Previously, Dawson served as a Security Cooperation Analyst for the DOD at Management Systems International from January 2021 to February 2023. With extensive experience in operational advising, Dawson held various roles at Yorktown Systems Group, PAE, AT-Solutions, and The Wexford Group, focusing on enhancing Soldier survivability and combat effectiveness within the Asymmetric Warfare Group. Dawson's military career includes significant leadership positions in the Army Special Forces, culminating as SGM(R), with responsibilities such as managing operations in Afghanistan and overseeing training and deployments for Special Forces teams. Dawson holds a Master's degree in Education with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from NorthCentral University.
