Steven Oatman

Steven Oatman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electronic warfare and mentoring roles. Currently serving as a JRTC LTP Senior Coach/Mentor at Valiant Integrated Services since July 2022, Steven is also the Captain and Owner of WETSU Scuba since March 2021, and holds the position of At-Large Director at the Association of Old Crows. Previous experience includes roles as General Manager and Director at D-TA Systems Corp, Senior SME in Electronic Warfare and Cyber Warfare at Peraton, and Senior CEMA/EW SME at Northrop Grumman. Steven has also been a Director in multiple capacities within the US Army, culminating in a role as Director of Cyber and Electromagnetic Activities for US Army Forces Command. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Military Operational Art and Science from USAF Air Command and Staff College, a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida, and various certifications in scuba diving instruction.
