Kenneth Hines

Kenneth Hines, Jr. serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Valicor since November 2021. Kenneth's career includes significant roles at Clean Harbors as Senior Vice President, managing industrial services operations across the US Gulf, East, and North regions, and as Regional General Manager at Veolia North America, with responsibility for a substantial revenue stream across multiple states. Kenneth also has experience as Regional General Manager at Severn Trent, successfully reorganizing the Texas market for improved margins, and as General Manager at Veolia Environmental Services, overseeing operations across the Gulf Coast. Kenneth’s earlier roles include managerial positions at Veolia ES, where project management and customer base expansion were key focuses. Kenneth earned an MBA from the University of Florida and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
