Steven Davis possesses extensive experience in quality operations and consulting within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Investigations Team Leader at Validant since August 2020, Steven previously held roles including Technical Advisor at Forestburgh Playhouse and Director of Quality Operations at Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals, where significant sales growth occurred under Steven's management. Additional experience includes positions at McNeil Consumer Healthcare, CorePharma, sanofi-aventis, Chugai Pharma USA, Astellas Pharma, Purdue Pharma, and SmithKline Beecham, where Steven led initiatives to enhance quality systems, ensure compliance, and support product development while managing teams and fostering regulatory relationships. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Lafayette College.
