Imke van der Valk

Imke van der Valk is a skilled professional with diverse experience in various roles. Currently serving as the People & Culture Officer, Office Manager, and Screening Consultant at Validata since February 2019, Imke specializes in conducting pre- and in-employment screenings and guiding clients and candidates through the screening process. Previous experience includes an internship at the Ministerie van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat, focusing on the societal impact of criminal environmental research, and a position as a student mentor at Universiteit Utrecht. Additionally, Imke has volunteered with Stichting De Kindertelefoon, provided support in youth care at William Schrikker, and coordinated communication for Stichting Move. Imke holds a Master’s degree in Opsporingscriminologie from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, a Bachelor’s Exchange Program in Psychology from the University of Valencia, and a Bachelor’s degree in Orthopedagogiek from Utrecht University.
