Sr. Director, Client Care at Validic

Denise Link has extensive work experience in various roles related to service delivery and customer care. Denise is currently working at Validic as the Sr. Director of Client Care. Prior to that, they worked at Trapollo, where they held the positions of Director of Service Delivery and Manager of Service Delivery. In these roles, they were responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and achieving financial targets. Before Trapollo, they worked at Verizon Enterprise Solutions as an IT Complex Manager and Senior Service Delivery Manager, where they managed large-scale customers and oversaw account operations. Denise also has experience from their time at Verizon as a Systems Engineer and Technical Customer Advocate, where they supported multiple commercial accounts. Earlier in their career, they worked at GTE Data Services as a Senior Systems Programmer. Throughout their career, Denise has demonstrated a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and has successfully exceeded service level agreements.

Denise Link, CSSGB, MAOM has a Master's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. Denise also holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida. In addition to their academic qualifications, Denise has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These certifications include Agile Leader Certification SSGI from the Six Sigma Global Institute (obtained in December 2022), CTL: Certified Telehealth Liaison from The National School of Applied Telehealth (obtained in August 2018), AgilePM® V.2 from APMG International (obtained in September 2017), ITIL V3 from VMEdu Inc. (obtained in 2012), Masters Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University (obtained in October 2003), and CSSGB - Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from Aveta Business Institute.
