Geoff Charron

As Chief Technology Officer at Validity, Geoff is responsible for technology strategy, engineering, platform operations, and security across their family of products. Geoff has more than 25 years of experience leading high-performing global teams at high-growth software companies. Most recently, Geoff was CTO at Inovalon (a leading healthcare technology company) where he transformed the technology organization, processes, and architecture including migrating the majority of the products to the commercial cloud. Prior to Inovalon, Geoff led the ABILITY engineering organization through a significant growth phase culminating in its acquisition by Inovalon. Earlier in his career, Geoff led engineering teams at a number of security products companies.

Geoff has a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from WPI.
