Simon Davies

Simon Davies has been working in the telecom industry since 2006. In that time, they have held various roles at companies such as eServGlobal, Elephant Talk Communications, Teleena, the Luxembourg telecoms ministry, Acquafintech, and ValidSoft. From 2011 to 2016, they were the Senior PreSales and Bid Manager at Elephant Talk Communications, where they were responsible for all presales and bid management worldwide. In 2016, they became the Pre Sales Director at Pareteum Corporation (formerly Elephant Talk), where they were responsible for managing the sales department. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Partner at Acqua Telecom, a global consultancy firm, and a Consultant for various FinTech, BSS, and Telecom companies and the ITU. In 2018, they were a speaker and chair at ITU Telecom World 2018. In 2020, they became the Client Director at ValidSoft, where they are responsible for ensuring the successful delivery and ongoing support of ValidSoft's award winning Voice Biometrics solutions. Simon is also the Director of Acquafintech and the Gérant, Owner and Director of SD Industries Europe.

Simon Davies obtained a BSc in Electronic Engineering from the University of Plymouth in 1984 with a commendation. In 2009, they obtained a certification in Product Management and Product Marketing for Telecoms, IT and Software from Product Focus Ltd.
