Katharine Norrie has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Validus Risk Management since January 2019, where the company facilitates significant financial transactions for alternative investment funds globally. Prior to this role, Katharine worked as an HR Generalist at Alfa Financial Software from January 2016 to December 2018, focusing on systems and services for the asset and automotive finance sectors.
