Prabhat Agarwal

Prabhat Agarwal's work experience includes a range of roles in product management and leadership positions. Prabhat is currently the Vice President of Product Management at Validus, overseeing the management of the entire product suite, including neobanking and digital lending, in the South East Asian markets. Prior to that, they co-founded LukzUp.com, a platform focused on solving pain points in the buying journey for growing children. Prabhat also co-founded Pay It Forward Foundation, an initiative aimed at providing faster responses during health emergencies in India. Prabhat has also held positions at Mashreq Bank, Emirates NBD, ANZ, ITC Infotech, Danske Bank Group, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Dell Perot Systems. Notably, they have expertise in digital banking and has delivered multiple projects in retail and corporate banking.

Prabhat Agarwal completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in 2002. In 2016, they pursued further education in Business Analytics & Intelligence, acquiring an EEP - BAI degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. Their most recent educational endeavor in 2022 involved a program at GrowthX®.
