Assem Shreif

Assem Shreif has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Assem currently serves as the Commercial Director at Valify Solutions since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Brimore as the Head of Commercial and Pricing from November 2021 to September 2022, and as the Commercial and Pricing Manager from May 2021 to November 2021. In 2020, they worked as a Media Planning Consultant at Cilantro from June 2020 to April 2021.

Assem also has a strong marketing background, having worked at Vodafone for several years. Assem held positions such as Marketing Senior Team Leader from December 2017 to April 2021, Marketing Insights Team Leader from August 2016 to December 2017, and Business Analyst from March 2012 to August 2016.

Additionally, Assem has experience in academia, having worked as a Lecturer at Nile University from June 2019 to January 2020.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Performance Analyst at Rustic House Oyster Bar & Grill from March 2011 to February 2012, and as an External Auditor at Consalting Group from July 2009 to March 2011.

Assem Shreif's education history begins with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Cairo University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Assem then pursued a Master's degree in Statistics, Research Methods, and Data Analysis from Cairo University, completing it from 2013 to 2016.

In 2017, Assem obtained a One Year Diploma in Data Analysis and Decision Making from RITI. Later, in 2020, they earned a Marketing analytics nanodegree from Udacity.

Continuing their education, Assem enrolled in Harvard Business School Online in 2022, where they obtained a Diploma of Education with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics. The following year, in 2023, they enrolled in Harvard Business School Online again, this time studying Branding Strategy.

In addition to their formal education, Assem has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they obtained the certification for Scrum Fundamentals from VMEdu Inc. Assem also became Scrum Master certified from the same institution in the same year. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Data Analytics for Decision Making from RITI. Continuing with certifications, Assem obtained the Digital Imperative certification from Dotnative in 2017. In 2019, they obtained the Developing SQL Databases certification from Udacity, and in 2020, they obtained the Tableau certification from the same institution.
