Rana Tarek

Rana Tarek currently serves as the People and Culture Manager at Valify Solutions since May 2024. Previously, Rana held positions as Head of People and Talent Lead at LyRise from October 2022 to May 2024. Rana's experience includes working as a Priority Banking and Wealth Management Officer at Emirates NBD, where the focus was on customer relationship management and cross-selling services, as well as serving as HR Manager at Leap Development Hub, handling recruitment strategies. Rana's foundational experience in HR began at PepsiCo, where roles included MENA Learning Senior Coordinator, overseeing training for around 3,000 employees, and supporting the OMD team as a Training Coordinator and HR Assistant. Rana earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Cairo University between 2008 and 2012.
