Elaine Mak

Elaine Mak is currently the Chief People Officer at Valimail. Prior to this, they were with EMBrave as the Chief People, Strategy and Advisor from January 2018 to December 2020. At EMBrave, they were focused on Organization Design and Strategy, Talent Engagement, and Business Transformation. Her mission was to help clients build global, scalable strategies that have a positive social impact and support employee diversity, equity, and inclusion DEI.

Mak was a direct partner to client CEO's as a business advisor and contributor for talent businesses. Elaine provided leadership in developing and reimagining the people strategy, culture execution and policy to support the business plan and strategic direction. Some of their key areas include talent transformation, leadership development, succession planning, change and performance management.

Prior to EMBrave, Mak was the Chief People and Equity Officer at New Tech Network from 2019-2020 and the Chief People and Strategy Officer at College Track from 2018-2019.

Elaine Mak graduated from Suffolk University with a Bachelor of Science in Developmental Psychology.
