Julie Pridham

Julie is a SHRM-CP talent and people leader who leveraged a BA in Egyptology from Brown University and an early career in education to build cultures of inclusion and lifelong learning in scaling VC- and PE-backed startups. She serves as a close business partner to company leaders to drive organizational outcomes while creating a best-in- class employee experience. Outside work, you'll find her experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, curled up with a good book and requisite cup of tea, or hiking the trails of northern Arizona.
