Dan Dal Colletto has over 30 years of work experience in the automation and semiconductor industry.

Dan currently serves as the Business Unit VP, Automation and Semiconductor at Valin Corporation, where they previously held the role of Business Unit Manager. In their role, they are responsible for driving business development and overseeing the distribution of high purity and industrial automation products and systems.

Prior to joining Valin Corporation, Dan held various positions at Womack Machine Supply Co. Dan served as the Vice President Automation, where they represented leading manufacturers of fluid power and industrial automation products. Dan also held the position of Regional Vice President during their tenure at Womack.

Before joining Womack, Dan was the Vice President of Operations at Applied International Motion (AIM). AIM was a distributor of high-performance motion control products and systems. During their time at AIM, they successfully led turnkey automation projects in the food & beverage, packaging, and semiconductor markets. Dan also oversaw the design, production, and implementation of Gantry Applied Drilling Systems for major aerospace programs.

Dan began their career as an Automotive Mechanic at Hahn Auto Electric.

Dan Dal Colletto holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Technology - Aerospace from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, which they earned from 1990 to 1994. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1984, they attended Santa Rosa Junior College and obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician. Their educational journey started at Healdsburg High School, where they completed their high school education from 1978 to 1982. No degree or field of study was specified for their high school education.
