Emma Laivisto

Emma Laivisto is a seasoned professional in the food industry with extensive experience in sales, account management, and project development. As the Head of Distributor Sales at Valio from August 2022 to December 2023, Emma led global sales operations for value-added ingredients while driving growth through strategic partnerships across multiple regions. Previous roles include Customer Development Manager at Valio, where Emma focused on B2B sales of milk powders for Special Nutrition applications, and Export Manager at Raisio Oats, managing global sales of oat-based ingredients. Emma's experience also includes key positions at Puratos and Solina Group, where responsibilities ranged from key account management to innovative concept development. Emma holds a Master of Science in Food Technology from the University of Helsinki and completed advanced studies in Customer Thinking and Leadership at the Turku School of Economics.
