Casey Stephens

Casey Stephens is an experienced occupational therapist and business owner currently serving as the Owner and Occupational Therapist at Horizons Pediatric Therapy since November 2021. Additionally, Casey has been working as a Cota/L at Valir Health since July 2014. Prior professional experience includes a role as a Veterinary Assistant at Reno Animal Hospital from April 2005 to August 2014 and coaching the Girls Gymnastics Competitive Team at Mat Trotters, OK Gold, and Victory Gymnastics between July 2005 and January 2014.
