Masniza Masridin

Masniza Masridin is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in retail management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Valiram since May 2023. Previously, Masniza held the position of Area Retail Manager at Frasers Group from June 2016 to April 2023, overseeing six outlets across Seremban, Melaka, and East Malaysia. Prior to that, Masniza worked as an Area Manager at Golden Scoop Sdn Bhd, managing 16 outlets in various regions, as well as supervising a workforce of 120-150 staff. Masniza's expertise includes ensuring operational efficiency, achieving sales targets, maintaining quality and service standards, and overseeing recruitment and training processes. Masniza holds a Diploma in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Politeknik Johor Bahru, completed in 2008.
