Keywan Esfahani

Keywan Esfahani has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles in the technology and consulting industries. Keywan currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Enterprise Architecture Strategy and Consulting at Co-operators since April 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Valital Technologies from April 2022. In 2007, Keywan founded Consilium Solutions, a company where they held a leadership position without specified end dates. From April 2021 to December 2022, they worked as the Head of Digital Transformation at GT. Keywan also has experience as an Interim CTO at LMD from September 2020 to March 2022. In previous years, they held positions such as the Head of Technology and Member of Leadership at Aeroplan, where they contributed to establishing engineering teams and leading technology assessments. Keywan also worked at Aimia Inc as the Head of Business Technology and Innovation Enablement, Director of Enterprise Business Architecture - Global, and Enterprise Application/Information Architect. Keywan started their career at Compuware as a Senior System Designer, followed by a role as a Senior Software Engineer at CA. Keywan'searly work experience includes being the Deputy Manager of Software Engineering Division at Patsa.

Keywan Esfahani graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from Shahid Beheshti University between 1990 and 1994. Subsequently, between 2004 and 2007, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from Concordia University. In terms of certifications, Keywan obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in May 2011, followed by the TOGAF™ 9 Certificate in September 2011. Keywan also achieved the ITIL Intermediate Certificates in Service Operation in December 2011, Service Transition in June 2012, Continual Service Improvement in November 2012, Service Design in June 2013, and Service Strategy in October 2013. In March 2014, Keywan acquired the ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle Certificate and the ITIL Expert Certificate. Lastly, in September 2017, they obtained the Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) certification.
