Kourosh A.

Kourosh A. has a wealth of experience in product and industrial design. Kourosh began their career in 2009 as a Product Design Engineer at Nokia Mobile Phones. In 2011, they moved to ML Electronics Ltd as an Industrial Designer. In 2012, they joined Xylem Inc. as Head of Design. In 2014, they started their own freelance business, Kour Design, providing 3D modelling, prototyping, logo design, and engineering services to a variety of industries. In 2017, they co-founded Valkyrie Industries, a company that develops wearable haptic technology for telerobotics and teleoperation. In 2020, they became a Guest Lecturer at the University of Westminster. In 2021, they co-founded FloatSync., a Clean-Tech Start-up aiming to revolutionise the way plastics are separated.

Kourosh A. completed a BSc (Hons) Product Design Engineering from Brunel University London from 2007 to 2011. Kourosh then obtained a Certificate in English Language teaching from TEFL/TESOL in May 2012, followed by a CDM02 Awareness of C.D.M Regulations from CSTS Ltd in November 2012. In 2014, they obtained a MA/MSc in Innovation Design Engineering from both Royal College of Art and Imperial College London, which they completed in 2016.
