Catherine Sloan

Catherine Sloan is an experienced Human Resource professional with a strong background in policy management, employee relations, and benefits administration. Currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at Valkyrie Trading since November 2018, Catherine creates and manages corporate policies, oversees immigration matters, and administers employee benefits. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at Headlands Technologies LLC, where Catherine managed recruiting strategies and developed onboarding procedures during significant company growth. Earlier roles encompassed operations management and customer engagement at Ultimate Bride Chicago and National Speakers Bureau, respectively. Catherine holds a BA in English, Religious Studies, and Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
