Sharbil N. serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Security, Risk, and Facilities at VICE Media since December 2015. Sharbil developed and leads the VICE Security Team, focusing on emergency response, proactive training in information security, and enhancing corporate culture around safety. Key achievements include establishing a production risk assessment process, creating a specific Hostile Environment & First Aid Training course, and managing security operations across over 40 global locations. Additionally, Sharbil played a pivotal role in risk management, developing an insurance program that negotiated savings exceeding $1 million, while expanding coverage for reporters in extreme situations. In response to senior management's request, Sharbil also designed and leads a global real estate and facilities management function. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Vallaris Consulting since 2008, Sharbil combines extensive legal education from McGill University and the University of Notre Dame with a robust background in security and risk management.
