Carr Osborn

Carr Osborn is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in managing and directing technology initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of IT at Vallarta Supermarkets since July 2017, Carr has previously held positions such as Senior Manager for Enterprise Data Warehousing and Master Data Management at Dollar Express Stores LLC, where a rapid deployment of essential retail systems was achieved. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Enterprise Program Manager at 99 Cents Only Stores, where Carr oversaw a significant POS upgrade project, and as Director of the Project Management Office at Hollywood Entertainment, where Carr established an IT PMO. Carr's career began as Applications Development Manager at CSC, contributing to IT support for the EPA. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a PhD in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University.
