Amy Swails

Amy Swails has worked at Valley Child Care and Learning Centers since 2003. Amy started as an Office Assistant in January 2003 and held this position until March 2010. In August 2010, they became the Director and successfully managed a facility with 15 staff members and approximately 150 children. Amy was responsible for day-to-day operations, maintaining and exceeding licensing standards, and maintaining strong communication with families. In February 2016, they transitioned to the role of Creative Director.

Amy Swails attended Paradise Valley Community College from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Early Childhood Education and Teaching. Amy obtained a certification in CPR and Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. Additionally, they completed a certification in Maricopa County Certified Food Manager. Amy also attended The Social Media Marketing Conference, offered by Fred Pryor Seminars and CareerTrack.
