Deby Murch

Deby Murch has extensive experience in human resources and administration. Deby began their career at Valley Federal Credit Union in 2011 as an HR Director. Deby then moved on to work as the Human Resources Director for Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming from April 2012 to September 2016. Since September 2016, Deby has been with Valley Credit Union, initially working as an Admin/HR Generalist and later becoming the VP of Human Resources/Administration. Deby currently holds professional certifications as a CUHRCP, SHRM-CP, and PHR.

Deby Murch received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Montana State University Billings in 2010. Deby has also obtained additional certifications including CUHRCP from CUNA CU Doctor in July 2018, SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2016, and PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2014.
