Cordel Robinson

Cordel Robinson serves as the Pastor of Leadership Development at Valley Creek Church since February 2013, focusing on educating within the Valley Creek Leadership Academy to cultivate young leaders. Prior to this role, Cordel was the Director of Spiritual Development at Austin Christian Fellowship from June 2003 to August 2012, overseeing staff and ensuring alignment with the church's discipleship process. Earlier in their career, Cordel worked at Dell from October 1994 to April 2003 as a Senior Business Manager in the Legal Department, managing operations across Finance, IT, and HR. Cordel holds a Th.M. in Bible from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Social Studies from Southern Methodist University.
