Kellie Borgholthaus Phr

Kellie Borgholthaus, PHR, SHRM-CP has a range of human resources experience spanning over two decades. Kellie is currently serving as the HR Director at Valley Family Health Care, where they are responsible for overseeing all HR functions and implementing employee relations and HR policies. Prior to this, Kellie worked as the Director of Human Resources at J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. for eight years. In this role, they were responsible for managing the HR department and overseeing HR transactions. Before joining J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc., Kellie served as an HR Unit Supervisor and Employee Relations specialist at the Idaho Transportation Department. During this time, they supervised a team of HR employees and managed employee relations for over 1000 employees. Kellie also gained experience as an HR Manager at Elmore Medical Center and as an HR Generalist at Ada County Highway District. Kellie'sdiverse background showcases their expertise in various HR areas, making their a valuable asset in any organization.

Kellie Borgholthaus, PHR, SHRM-CP, has an educational background in education. Kellie obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education from Brigham Young University from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they pursued their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Education from Ricks College (BYU-Idaho) from 1986 to 1988.

In addition to their academic degrees, Kellie has also achieved certifications in the field of human resources. In 2009, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Furthermore, in 2015, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
