John Chapman

John Chapman is a dedicated social worker with extensive experience in substance abuse case management and discharge planning. Currently employed at AVENUES RECOVERY CENTER since June 2021 and at Valley Forge Medical Center and Hospital since May 2017, John has developed a strong skill set in supporting individuals through their recovery processes. Prior to these roles, John served as a Clinical Substance Abuse Case Manager at Ceridian LifeWorks from November 1999 to May 2017. Educationally, John holds a Master of Social Service from Bryn Mawr College, obtained between 1994 and 1997, and has previous studies at Eastern University from 1980 to 1986.
