Alyssa Bennett, MS, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Valley Health Partners Community Health Center since September 2022. Prior to this role, Alyssa spent over 14 years at AtlantiCare, holding various positions including Corporate Director of Human Resources & Talent Management and Director of HR Services. Early career experience includes roles as a Corporate Recruiter at Access Group and a Staffing Specialist at Popular Financial Holdings, along with an HR Assistant position at Church & Dwight, Co., Inc. Alyssa holds a Master of Administrative Sciences with a focus in Business and HR from Fairleigh Dickinson University, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Lehigh University, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a Certificate in HR Management from The College of New Jersey.

Valley Health Partners Community Health Center (VHPCHC) is a nonprofit organization recognized as a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike (FQHC-LA) by Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA). An FQHC-LA is a community health center that provides comprehensive primary care and other services such as interpretation, transportation and health education for the community population. An FQHC-LA does not turn patients away based on their ability to pay and removes financial barriers for receiving care. FQHC-LAs provide whole-person care, creating opportunities for the health center to look beyond medical care and focus on social determinants of health that could be some of the underlying causes of poor health. VHPCHC is proud to offer these services to all members of our community!
