Heather K.

Heather K. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Valley Health Partners Community Health Center since October 2021, with prior roles as Human Resources Supervisor and Generalist. Heather specializes in compensation analysis, employee relations, development, and retention, and has led recruitment for physician and executive-level positions. Previously, Heather worked at Target as Executive Team Lead Human Resources, overseeing a team of 200 and managing training, development, and employee metrics. Additional roles include research and project internships at the University of Denver and the Counterterrorism Education Learning Lab, as well as human resources positions at American Girl, Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network, Lehigh Valley Health Network, and Aaron Resources. Heather holds a Master’s degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution and a Certificate in Homeland Security from the University of Denver, along with a BA in English from the University of Pittsburgh and a post-baccalaureate in French Language from Muhlenberg College.
