Trish Ambrosio Bojorquez

Trish Ambrosio Bojorquez, MSN, RN, CCM, currently serves as the Manager of Case Management at Valley Health Plan since May 2020, previously holding the role of Case Management Supervisor. Prior to this, Trish worked as a Clinical Program Manager for Quality Improvement at Blue Shield of California and as a Nurse Case Manager at Paradigm Complex Care Solutions. Experience includes a significant position as Vice President of Clinical Care Coordination/Product and Care Management at Intraprise Health, along with roles at Care Innovations® and Robert Bosch Healthcare Systems, where Trish was Vice President of Clinical Affairs. Earlier in the career, Trish served as a Clinical Specialist at Intel Digital Health and as Supervisor of Case Management at GENEX Services, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Human Health and Development from the University of California, Davis.
