Lafe Bush

Lafe Bush has extensive experience in emergency medical services and healthcare management, currently serving as Mobile Intensive Care Paramedic and Director of Emergency Services at Valley Health System since April 1996. In this role, Lafe managed budgets, developed new service lines, and significantly increased department size and volume. Lafe also held the position of Senior Director of Clinical Operations and Partner Engagement at Nobis Health, focusing on team development and provider engagement. The role as Director of Mobile Intensive Care Unit at St. Joseph's Health involved restoring a struggling department, achieving full staffing, improving clinical outcomes, and restoring staff trust. At RWJBarnabas Health, Lafe managed a $20 million budget and expanded departmental size. Lafe holds a Master of Public Administration from Marist College and a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Leadership from Thomas Edison State University.
