Brad R. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brad started their career at Palmetto GBA as a Provider Relations Consultant, where they developed training materials and conducted seminars on a new claims processing system. Brad then became a Manager at Palmetto GBA, leading a team and overseeing the ISO 9000 certification process.
Brad later worked at Saint Louis University Hospital as an Administrative Fellow, contributing to the development of a Stroke Network and conducting market analysis. Brad also gained experience at Baylor College of Medicine as an Administrative Fellow and Associate Administrator, where they led the development of the Orthopedics business plan and managed personnel and budgets for the Departments of Orthopedic Surgery and Urology.
Brad served as the Administrator for the Chief of Staff at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, where they planned and directed administrative activities for the Associate Dean of Harris County programs. Brad then joined UCLA Health System as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, overseeing administrative activities and collaborating with hospital leadership.
Brad's experience also includes roles at Lexington Medical Center, where they served as Vice President of Operations and Division Vice President, overseeing various specialties and leading operations and strategic planning. Brad has also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of South Carolina.
Currently, Brad is the COO of Valley Health Medical Group.
Brad R. completed their Bachelor's degree in Religion/Religious Studies at Emmanuel College from 1991 to 1995. Brad later pursued a Master's degree in Health Administration (MHA) at Saint Louis University from 2005 to 2007.
